- Download Restriction – Our system tracks all IP addresses used to download secure files after purchase. Our secure download links cannot be posted on the Internet for the world to use. You can control the unique download password restrictions by setting the limitation with this drop down list as follows:
- No Country Mismatch Allowed – This setting only allows downloading from within the same country.
- No Region Mismatch Allowed (Default) – IP match 000.000.xxx.xxx (x means this part of the IP address does not need to match).
- Only Subnet Mismatch Allowed – IP match 000.000.000.xxx (x means this part of the IP address does not need to match).
- No IP Mismatch Allowed – IP match 000.000.000.000 (x means this part of the IP address does not need to match).
- Fraud Check Level – All orders go through Fraud Checking. Strict fraud checking includes checking all free email accounts and requires 3D Secure transactions to be validated by the customers bank.
- Allow credit to unjoined affiliates – If this checkbox is enabled, any affiliate will be able to sell your products and receive commission without having to ‘join’ first.
- Receive Updates from BMT – If this checkbox is enabled, you will receive important announcements specifically for BMT Vendors. This list is only used occasionally by the President of BMT Micro for important announcements.
- Receive Failed Order Emails – If this checkbox is enabled, you will receive failed order notifications. Failed orders are orders denied by the bank. This email will include the reason code and explanation of the denial.
- Receive Credit Order Notifications – If this checkbox is enabled, you will receive credit order notifications in the same manner you receive order notifications (email or XML).
- Receive Expired Password Emails – If this checkbox is enabled, you will receive Expired Password Notifications. These notifications only go out if a password is expired prematurely due to possible fraudulent activity.
Please note: We do not suggest using the strictest No IP Mismatch setting since it can expire passwords prematurely if the customer is not on a static IP.
