Customer Search
Search for your customers using Order ID, Product Name, date, quantity, amount due vendor, customers name, address, phone number and email address.
This report includes a Resend Info button that will allow you to resend the customer’s product notification email. Information will appear below the customer search list including the email template and customer’s email address as submitted in their original purchase. This email includes their original registration information and/or download instructions.
The customer’s email address will appear in an editable input field. You can use this to resend the information to a different or corrected email address. You can also send this to multiple email addresses by leaving a space or a comma in between the email addresses.
Please note: This does not change the customer’s information in our database. If the customer’s information needs to be updated, please let us know.
You can send a copy to yourself at the same time. Our system will pull your email address, based on your log in, from our database and display it next to a check box stating “Send copy to”.
Once sent, expired download passwords are automatically reset.
Please note: This feature will not see registration information for orders before October 15th, 2005. If you need to resend information for an order that is older than that, please contact us.
Initiate Refund

You can now initiate refunds utilizing the Refund button in this report. This report lists each item in an order separately allowing you to refund only one item of an order. If all items need to be refunded, separate requests should be sent for each item. Refunds can take up to 48 hours to show in your reports.
