Pending Sales
The Pending Sales report lists orders for which we have not yet received payment such as check and wire transfers. This may include credit card or PayPal orders if manual verification is required.
If you have a customer stating they have not received their information yet, check this table to see if it has been queued for manual verification. Manual verification is usually completed within 12 hours, 48 hours on weekends and holidays.
