Customer Comments
Have you ever just wanted to know what the customers have to say? This report will give you all the comments by date range. You can even filter this report to pull only the information you need. The results can be presented in HTML, CSV or XML formats. This makes this report much more useful. For instance, you can have a vendor specific field added to your order forms to see if the customer would like emailed updates from you. You could then run this report, filtered by the vendor specific field, presented in XML format and then ported to your database. Here are the fields available in this report:
