Edit Customer Email Notifications
If you would like to edit the customer’s product information email for a single product, go to the Manage Products list and click the “Customer” button located on the right hand side of that product’s row. A window will open below the Manage Products table showing the current email template used and allow editing. If you will be using the same email template for all or most of your products, please leave this area blank and edit the template from the Global Customer Email button at the top of the Manage Products table.
Selecting this option allows you to edit the customer’s product information email using a convenient list of tokens or by adding your custom text. Tokens are used to bring in field values from our database. Tokens should be inserted using two hash marks preceding and following the token name (ie: ##TOKENNAME##). The customer will receive a separate order receipt email as well as the message in this section. You can preview your message before submitting your changes to see what the customer will see. Text inserted via tokens will appear in blue, typed text will appear in black. The customer’s email notification should contain all necessary information the customer will need to complete the purchase. Most purchases are fulfilled by one or combination of three basic methods.

If your product needs to be downloaded from our secure server by the customer after purchase, the standard message will be this:
If Registration Keys are to be sent to the customer by BMT Micro upon completed sale, the standard message will be this:
If this is a Subscription Product, the customer needs to receive their Customer Login information. If email is not customized, our system will use the following standard message:
Our system will automatically combine tokens as necessary for the standard message.
By using these basic message tokens or a combination of tokens, you can easily create custom messages for product fulfillment.
