Edit Global Customer Email
Editing the Global Customer Email allows you to set a custom template for all your products. If you would like to edit the customer’s product information email for a single product, select the product from the dropdown list and click Edit Customer Email.
Selecting this option allows you to edit the customer’s product information email using a convenient list of tokens or by adding your custom text. Tokens are used to bring in field values from our database. Tokens should be inserted using two hash marks preceding and following the token name (ie: ##TOKENNAME##). The customer will receive a separate order receipt email as well as the message in this section. You can preview your message before submitting your changes to see what the customer will see. Text inserted via tokens will appear in blue, typed text will appear in black. The customer’s email notification should contain all necessary information the customer will need to complete the purchase. Most purchases are fulfilled by one or combination of three basic methods.

Our system will automatically combine tokens as necessary for the standard message.
By using these basic message tokens or a combination of tokens, you can easily create custom messages for product fulfillment.
