Resend Customers’ Registration/Download Info

You can now resend a customer’s product notification email from the Customer Search report.

The customer search report now includes a Resend Info button that will allow you to resend the customer’s product notification email. A window will pop up showing you the email sent to the customer and allow you to send it again. This email includes their original registration information and/or download instructions.

The customer’s email address will appear in an editable input field. You can use this to resend the information to a different or corrected email address. You can also send this to multiple email addresses by leaving a space or a comma in between the email addresses.

Please note: This does not change the customer’s information in our database. If the customer’s information needs to be updated, please let us know.

You can send a copy to yourself at the same time. Our system will pull your email address, based on your log in, from our database and display it next to a check box stating “Send copy to”.

Once sent, expired download passwords are automatically reset.

Please note: This feature will not see registration information for orders before October 15th, 2005. If you need to resend information for an order that is older than that, please contact us.
