Storage and transfer fees
As of 9/1/19 vendors are charged a file storage fee of $0.02/GB and a file transfer (file download) fee of $0.01/GB. This fee is only charged per category if the monthly fee for the category reaches $1.00. In other words, storage of less than 50GB is not billed, and file transfers that don’t reach 100GB are not billed. (The count is reset each month and consequently under 50GB storage and under 100GB transfer per month remains free of charge). However, if you exceed these limits, we will bill you for the actual use, and it will appear as a negative transaction in your Account Transactions report.
Used storage is displayed in the “Manage Files” section of the vendor area. For transfer data, a download log is available upon request.
