This law went into effect July 1st, 2003. This does not apply to items that are physically shipped. The VAT is calculated based on the country in which the customer is located.<\/p>\n<p>BMT Micro, Inc. collects GST on sales of digital products made to customers in Australia and makes quarterly GST payments to the Australian Taxation Office as required.<\/p>\n<p>Our Australian Registration Number (ARN) is: 300013716050.<\/p>\n<p>BMT Micro, Inc. collects VAT taxes on sales made to customers in the EU and makes quarterly VAT tax payments as required by EU law.<\/p>\n<p>BMT Micro is registered as a non-EU company with the United Kingdom.
